Appointments

• Choose a location that is most convenient to you for in-person visits: Either Bethesda (operates on Tuesday morning and Fridays) or Rockville (operates on Mondays)

• If this is your first encounter with the practice, select “Get to know you, 15phone chat”. This will be short call, free of charge, to assess whether the practice is a good fit for you or the patient

• If you are a returning patient, select the appropriate follow-up visit length and format (virtual or in person)

• You will receive a confirmation email, with questionnaires and consent forms to fill in before the appointment. **Please complete them at least 3 business days before the appointment so that the doctor can prepare the appointment**
